Delivery and Returns



  1. Shipping options are offered to our customers at the time of order.
  2. Wimbledon may change the courier company in order to deliver faster when needed. There is no additional charge for the change made.
  3. The stock status of the products on our pages is specified in their properties. Please consider stock status in your orders.
  4. Your order will be prepared after we receive the bank receipt for the payment. Our customer representative regarding the delivery will update your order through the system and add the cargo tracking number to the system. You can access the details of your shipment via the relevant link.
  5. If you wish, you can access the details after clicking on the code of your order using the My Orders link in the My Account section in the upper right corner of our website.
  6. Product delivery will be made within a maximum of 1-5 working days. (Our company is not responsible for the disruptions experienced by the cargo.)
  7. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs belong to the buyer.
  8. The delivery time of the product may vary depending on the distance of your location and the conditions of the transport company.
  9. If you will not be able to be at your address at certain hours, you must receive the package from the cargo company office by "phone notification" or "informed".
  10. In transport companies, "informed" of deliveries is the cheapest, "phone notification" is standard, "address delivery" is the most expensive. For these, you need to declare a landline phone.
